Philippines witnessed two consecutive strong typhoons lately, and the Pedring aftermath has shown its devastation proven by the ravaged Manila Bay.  it seems the story didn’t end there as the government on Monday suspended the “overeager” employee who posted a photoshopped image of high officials “inspecting” the baywalk.
